I was tasked with redesigning Salesforce.org to better articulate their mission to their customers as well as showcase the benefits of their industry vertical specific offers.

The Free Trial Funnel was broken. The process was convoluted, with unclear calls-to-action and pages that were not industry specific.
The Solution:
I clarified the value propositions of each vertical solution within Salesforce.org as well as streamlined the Free Trial Funnel so that the user knows exactly what they will be getting in terms of value before they sign up.
My Responsibilities:
• Overall strategic approach to the information architecture (fix funnel + SEO)
• User experience - Wireframe + Conversion optimization
• UI/UX Design Prototyping
A series of industry homepages were created for users to self identify with their industry and provide further information. These pages include industry statistics and third party validation from notable organizations. An interactive diagram teaches users about the specific tools Salesforce.org offers to aid them in their fields. Finally, we end the page with commonly asked questions to ensure prospective customers are fully informed.
Phase one of the Salesforce.org redesign has launched and was showcased at Dreamforce 2017. My team at HZDG is developing and redesigning the rest of the "getting started" user journey and the rest of the site.
