Case Study
Hilton came to us looking to rebrand and relaunch their experiences website. My role was UX design - mapping user flows and creating an intuitive discovery experience that showcased their vast catalog while balancing advanced filtering with ease of use.
The Project
Hilton Honors came to HZ looking to rebrand and relaunch their experiences website. The original site was outdated, difficult for the client to manage, and difficult for users to engage with. The goal was to create a first-class site that mirrored the quality of the experiences offered — one that emphasized exploration and engagement.
In the end, we made the journey just as engaging as the destination.
