Case Study
Salesforce.org supports nonprofits and education institutions with tools and resources to expand their impact. I was responsible for the UX, prototyping key flows — contributing to a 200% increase in trial sign-ups.
The Project
Salesforce.org is Salesforce's nonprofit arm. Giving technology to organizations that change the world. The challenge was making their platform feel as accessible and action-oriented for a nonprofit director as it is for an enterprise buyer.
I was brought in through Notorious111 to own the UX. Mapping user flows and prototyping the sign-up experience that drove results.
My Contributions

The Conversion Flow
Get Started — The Flow That Drove +200%
Redesigning the sign-up funnel was the needle-mover. By simplifying the decision path and reducing friction at the key entry point, trial sign-ups doubled.

Collaboration
This project was executed in partnership with Notorious111. Brandon Groce's contribution was focused entirely on UX — mapping user flows and prototyping the key conversion experiences that drove results.
Let's talk about what a project could look like for your product.
